Ollie Gabriel is ready to start a musical revolution — one of pure, earth-shattering joy. He’s cracked the code of authentic, uplifting songwriting that touches people. “I’m not a preacher, nor a saint, but my songs come from a place of joy, deep love, and a lot of happiness. And there isn’t enough music being made that makes people genuinely feel that,” Ollie believes.

Ollie Gabriel grew up in a family of artists, in small-town Louisiana. As a child, his ears were groomed by legendary soul men like Curtis Mayfield, Bobby Womack and Tyrone Davis. He was inspired to try every instrument he could get his hands on, after hearing his parents play their records. From drums, church organ, guitar, trombone, to playing in the school band and singing in church — Ollie did it all.

Crediting Michael Jackson as one of his biggest early influences, as a kid, he knew he wanted to develop the power to emotionally move people with his stage presence, like Mick Jagger and Robert Plant.

That sonic diversity helped shape the artist he is today.

Ollie is currently prepping the release of his US debut, with his live show set to take center stage in 2018.
